Dance is a passion that springs from infancy. And it is
in these first steps, still with half point slippers,
that the body is formed, the will to embrace the art and
the constant search for perfection is molded. With this
in mind, the Joinville Dance Festival organizers created
the "Half Point" in 2000, an event exclusively
for young dancers between 10 and 12 years of age. This
event is held over three afternoons, with dance students
performing in the Classical Ballet, Repertoire Classical
Ballet, Popular Dance, Street Dance, Jazz and Tap Dance
classes. The venue for this is the Juarez Machado Theater,
located in the Centreventos Cau Hansen complex. |
